Cancellation Policy
We work to be as ﬂexible as possible with our clients and their service needs. Please remember these cancellation guidelines to avoid charges.

A cancellation charge of 25% of assignment will be applied for assignments cancelled less than 48-hours before assignment start time. A cancellation charge of 50% of assignment will be applied for assignments cancelled within 24-hours of assignment start time. A cancellation charge of 100% of assignment will be applied for assignments cancelled within 8-hours of assignment start time. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis involving illness, emergencies, inclement weather, natural disaster, etc.
